Basic Design-Final Project (semester 1)

First i use 2B pencil to draw my own design at 3 A3 drawing block.

then i use 0.2 artline pen to draw again my design because like that will look more clear and sketch it

after that i will cut out which part if i don't want. Then i will cut out the side of paper and roll it into the column to make the columns more 3D. i will cut like fish scales's shape at the roof also look like more 3D.

 the second layer i draw the windows,lanterns design and draw some column design. After finish the second layer,i cut out the first layer and stick on the second layer.Then i cut out together.

The third layer i used artline pen to draw inside the scene.After finish drawing,i back fold the roof and signboard and then stick it together with first layer and second layer.

so this artwork i used four days time to finish it.

Basic Design:about sol lewitt and design

Sol LeWitt believed that the idea is the most important, since he developed a personal lines, colors and forms of grammar, he used this syntax to rewrite his ideas can be implemented by other people's way of realization of this directive and creative ideas biased in favor of the concept of the scope of art. This is my design:

This is a sun obscured by the moon then become the solar eclipse's picture, but even the moon covered the sun was still exudes its own light. I designed this picture is actually trying to convey that even our environment was in darkness or more tragic we still want optimistic and sunshine outlook on life. Because light can shine into the darkness.

She is Yayoi Kusama.Her art works contains feminism, minimalism, surrealism, native arts, pop art and abstract expressionism and so on.Many people think she is a obsessive artist,you can see her works,she is showing autobiographical, in-depth psychological, sexual content, creative techniques and she used paintings, soft sculptures, performance art and installation art.  She development of her own characteristics, she use of high saturation contrast polka dot plus a mirror, a large surface coated with various objects, such as walls, floors, canvas, home items will appear. Her own dress and often works with high homogeneity and a short jacket and a very strong eye shadow makeup famous. Kusama has described these visual characteristics come from her imagination, she believes these points up the side of the net to capture infinity, on behalf of her life.After the 1990, Kusama join the field of commercial art, in collaboration with the fashion design industry, launched a strong inter-dot dress with style grass and started selling a lot of artistic products.
